After managing two practices for several years (too many to count!), I realized that most practice owners struggle with the business side of dentistry and I wanted to help. Prior to my dental career, I was professionally trained in delivering 5-star service in one of the most recognized training programs in hospitality. I
n 2016, I decided to marry my two skill sets (hospitality and dental) and create a training program built around creating productive systems and delivering an unforgettable experience to every patient. Over the past 6 years we have had the honor of working with over 200 practices nationwide. It’s a dream, an honor, and I appreciate every client that I have the privilege to work with.
The front office team is essential to the success of any dental practice. Through our training programs, we can help your team navigate through the intangible patient experience aspect of dentistry. An office owner spends, or should spend, at least 6% of total production on marketing. Marketing will make the phone ring but what happens when the calls come in but the person answering the call isn’t trained how to convert those calls into dollars?
