Getting started with Front Office Coach is simple.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong with your calls.
You don’t need to have perfect metrics.
And you don’t need to create a training plan.
That’s our job.

Step 1

Let’s Talk!
Schedule a discovery call with our team using the link at the bottom of this page.
We’ll learn about your business, how your phones are handled, who’s answering them, where your inbound opportunities come from and what challenges you’re currently experiencing.
We’ll also talk about what you’d like to improve.
No generic sales presentation.
We want to understand what’s actually happening.

Step 2

We Build the Plan.
If the 90-Day Call Conversion Program is a good fit, we’ll determine what your team needs and establish the plan for your 90 days.
That includes identifying what we’ll observe, what we’ll measure and where we’ll begin.
Your training shouldn’t look exactly like someone else’s.
Your calls tell us where to start.

Step 3

The Work Begins.
Now we establish your baseline and begin listening.
From there, your team moves through customized training, coaching, role-playing, call review, measurement and accountability.
Throughout the 90 days, we’re not looking for perfection.
We’re looking for progress.
And we’re going to measure it.

What Happens After 90 Days?

Your Team Doesn’t Just Finish a Program. They Build a New Standard.

At the conclusion of the program, we’ll review where you started, where you’ve improved and where opportunities remain.
Your leadership team will have a defined framework for evaluating telephone performance and continuing to reinforce the behaviors that produce stronger conversations.

Your Next New Patient May Already Be Calling.
The question is what happens when your team answers.

Let’s Find Out. Schedule your discovery call today to learn more about how our telephone skills training can elevate your team!
